Yesterday after having (2 )15 amp breakers installed into our electrical panel and 3 home runs landed into the panel the serviceman handed me his business card and it says he is an Apprentice Electrician. He did not have anyone else with him. After calling JP Electric this morning and getting a quote of $215 to complete the same work I gave EHS the opportunity to make it right and they will not be doing anything about the overcharge and they had no comment on sending an apprentice out to a journeyman level job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NOT QUALIFIED and bad business practice of overcharging females when their husbands are not home.

Added a new panel instead of taking the load off the original. Work wasn’t what I needed and the breakers didn’t match. Upsold me a surge protector but they only installed it on the new breaker box and not the main that goes to the whole house. Inferior work and not up to standard.

Very pleased with Express Home Services and especially their electrician Joey Wilson. It was easy to set up our appointment over the weekend for a Monday morning service. We actually used this service twice for different electrical projects (approx $145 each) and they confirmed their appointments by text and called before service member comes to your home. We would use Express Home Services again.

Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
I hired this company to remodel two bathrooms and finish a basement bathroom last year. I had to call them back three times for missing grout in between tiles and loose popping tiles. A year later in the master bathroom we have crumbling grout, loose tiles and a lot of popping. also we are still finding spots between tiles that never even got any grout. I have sent emails through their website contact me about the workmanship guarantee with no answer. So now i am finally writing a review.

Great company to work with. They came out on time and gave me a quote to replace my old fireplace. The guys installed a beautiful fireplace with a blower to help keep my home warm. They also replaced my old mantel with a new one that I picked out. Would use these guys again in the future.

Humprheys was subcontracted by another company that is working on my garage. First appointment had to be rescheduled due to me. Reschedule with no problems. Danny and James showed up on time and got the install done in one day. Work looks great, furnace performs as expected. I would hire them again next time I need work done.

Air Duct Cleaning
Jason A/C tech, was awesome. He arrived earlier than anticipated, found the issue of a condenser capacitor right away and worked with me regarding refill level on the R22 refrigerant. I was 110 degrees that day and my house was back to being cool in a very short time. Thanks again Jason.

Jason did a great, professional job. He fully explained the job and what to do if there was any problems (which there haven't been). The PVC pipe had developed a leak / split near the faucet. He had to cut off the pipe, add a reducing fitment and extension to get the faucet (reused) flush with the side of our double-wide.

We have a contract with a homeowners appliance insurance company and when that company could not come to our house until next day after the A.C. quit over the weekend, Humphreys was available to take a look that morning that we called. Jason came out, and found the problem. We were afraid that our 15 year old a.c. was going to have to be replaced. Jason found that the capacitor needed to be replaced. He went after the part and in a short time had it installed and we were up and running. He was absolutely on time with the text that was sent and we were happy with his work and the quick service that we received since we are experiencing over 100 degree temps. We Have also decided that we will use Humphrey when we need a new unit. Homeowners warranty could have been a cheaper option but since we did not want to wait an extra day, our decision came with the best outcome. Thanks so much Jason!

Chase and his team did a great job on my rental condo. Communication was excellent with PJ in the office and Chase in the field. The team was always on time. They were efficient and very courteous. They even performed little extras they encountered at no additional cost. In the future, I will not hesitate to call on Chase and Express Home Services.

Chase and his crew were great, got an estimate and explained everything. We were working on a timeline and Chase was more then willing to work that out. We had a couple of bumps in the road but he took care of it quickly, as happens with all remodels... quality work, shows up on time from the first day to the last day. Were were so impressed with the bathroom remodel that we hired him to install shiplap on a wall in our dining room. 2 days start to finish...... would highly recommend
