I ended up wanting to go tankless !! The job took a few hours to complete and boy was I happy with the results ! Thank you so much for my ENDLESS amount of hot water ! "I do not know if they did the garbage disposal or not. I had two things done last year, the garbage disposal and a new faucet on the sink. The person that did the faucet on the sink did not do it right. He reversed the water in the hot and the cold. The lines were crossed underneath and they came back out after my husband who was here called them and they seemed to think that that was normal and then I called and said, "No, it is not." And they said, "What do you want?" Then I said, "For you to fix it." and they did. They were okay. I think that that one person just maybe had a little bit of a problem but I do not think that that was the case of the whole company and when I asked them to fix it, they did. I honestly do not remember the price of the service and I do not have anything to compare it to so I do not know about that. The quality of the service the first time certainly was not good but they did repair it. I was not real happy with the whole situation. I was not here when they came because I work but my husband was since he is retired. I did not know how the visit went when they came out to fix it because I did not hear anything about it. I just know that it was fixed. The first guy that did the work was not professional but the repairman that fixed it I think was. It was probably his fault because he had a bad employee."
