Service was great. Very informative and helpful, and knowledgeable. Only problem was I had water leaking into my finished basement and couldn't get anyone out for 5 days and now they bypass the system and it's not leaking, but it's going to be more than a week to get anyone back out. But I know everyone is slammed right now

  • Bryant Construction, Inc.
    5.0
Let me start by saying Bryant is the best contractor ever. Having done remodeling work on our own home many years ago, I can appreciate the work and planning that goes into this kind of project. Add a job that was started as Covid was rearing its head and you have the makings of a potential disaster. But not with Bryant. With supply-side disruptions, permit department closures and folks adjusting to working from home, and folks getting sick with Covid, things were slowed down considerably (The window supplier lost $5M in glass inventory because of crazing during the Oregon fires which put them behind a few weeks) Bryant and his assistant were always available for questions, and gave plenty of lead time to get stuff done that they needed, and were easy to work with. Bryant and his subs managed well under difficult circumstances. Plans were drawn up. and the estimate was close to the finishing cost. He adjusted to make room for my suggestions and updated the estimate accordingly, and kept me in the loop for the inevitable changes in plans. The work was done to spec and passed the city inspection with little problem. He made suggestions that made the design better, and referred me to quality suppliers. He was so easy to work with that he is in the process of planning out a second job that I have asked him to look at. He remodeled and updated an old 1930s 2000 square-foot two-story lath and plaster brick home for us. Electrical and plumbing were updated up and down. HVAC was reconfigured to raise ceilings downstairs and extra insulation was added to the attic area. An old central chimney was removed, kitchens reconfigured both up and down, 2 bathrooms were added to the existing build. We had just gone through a 5.7 earthquake and the house did fine. I had a structural engineer take a look before work was started. After work was completed there were 2 huge and very unusual rainstorms within 5 weeks of each, and the up and downstairs renovation remained dry. I am pleased with the quality of the work and how the job was managed. His estimation was accurate

Nick was great! He explained everything in the process, drilled out a hole in my drain so the hose would fit in there easily, told me about potential upgrades or maintenance tips, and was just all round a great guy. This guy’s forgotten more about water thanks I’ll ever know. We had them install this water heater a while back and he also noticed the expansion bladder wasn’t working so he replaced that for free too. Really very amazing! I’m planning on switching over all my HVAC maintenance to them as soon as is reasonable

  • Superior Water & Air Inc

21 years ago, Superior installed a water softener system that served a family of 8 over that period. The system easily outlived its life expectancy. My own recently failed PRV valve finally exposed the system's end of life weaknesses. One phone call to Superior and the very next day Martin Alvaredo showed up at my door and quickly diagnosed and easily demonstrated to me a substantially degraded system that had lived a full and exciting life. We quickly agreed to a replacement system and price. Two days later the installer showed up at my door. Two hours later I had a new PRV and new soft water system. The professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, expertise, communication etc. etc. is way beyond mere compliment or praise. Superb may be an understatement as well. In any case, we are more than happy. Hopefully we get 20 years out of the new system. If not I have no doubt that Superior will respond quickly and professionally after the first call for service or repairs. Thanks again Martin. I greatly appreciate your great service. Joe Toront

  • Uni-West, Inc.
    5.0
Uniwest has been supporting our old 1950s furnaces for over 30 years. Without hesitation we asked Michael and his crew to a) take out the old furnaces and install central air and b) update a good percentage of the plumbing. We valued Michaels recommendations and timeliness. We could not be happier with the result

  • My Buddy The Plumber Heating & Air
    5.0
Our specific Plumber was Brent Young and hands down he is the best Plumber we have ever had. And after 30 years of home ownership we have had to use a lot. From the beginning there was no high pressure sales. He presented the facts so I could make a smart decision and the pricing was very fair (I shopped around a lot beforehand). When Brent came to install he was super professional and took great care to make sure the service was done right and that we were comfortable with it. He even did a couple of extra small things. Seriously, this was the best plumbing service we have ever had. I highly recommend Brent and would absolutely use him again in the future

Uni-West knows hot-water boilers, and radiant heat systems, inside-out. They installed a new boiler and have maintained our heating & cooling systems for years. I trust their expertise and highly recommend them for your plumbing and HVAC service needs.
