"I needed a toilet re seated after floor install. They were very prompt and responsive and completed the job quickly. I was fine with the $250 given the quick response time. When I asked if they would replace a bathroom sink pull drain ($30 part) they wanted another $250 which seemed very high. $500 Felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and was $200 higher than another quote so I opted to only do the toilet. So the service seemed good but the price was really high"

Next day, laundry drain backed up again, a different Bachman plumber looked at it again and said it all looked good. He recommended calling Dave at DrainTech. Dave came out today, found the problem and cleared it ... for now. We're already out $1300 and we still need to get an excavator/septic guy to repair a broken drain line in the yard. Will not call Bachman in the future"

It is almost white from all of the thousand of bubbles. Even letting the glass of water sit for an hour, there are still many bubbles in the water and the water remains cloudy. Have called the response to get back to me is nil. Would NOT recommend."
