I live out of the area so after the inspection Andy spend 1 hour on a video call with my daughter (in person) and myself. He went over the home inspections with both of us. I could not have asked for a more through, helpful, exact inspection. Andy also said he would have the written report sent to my email by noon the next day. I looked at my email at noon and sure enough it was there."

Thank goodness for Scott because I discovered the house had structural issues and decided to cancel on buying the house. I had a general inspector come out before Scott and he couldn’t find issues with the structure and was there for 3.5 hrs. Scott was there for 10-15 minutes and found a major problem. "What service! Called back the same day I asked for a quote, Father and Son team turned up end of the same day, phone calls and messages to ensure timing worked and updates on arrival time. Repaired the area that was leaking and also inspected the rest of the roof (as asked) and found another repair spot which was fixed, they took lots of photos to show the before and after.
