When we put the job up for bid, Vera Construction was the only contractor that wanted to come look at the project before bidding. All others wanted to bid the job over the phone using photographs. Carlos gave me a fair bid, was professional, did great work, and always showed up when he said he would. Readily adapted to changes we wanted made in the middle of the project. Would hire again.

I had about 200ft of baseboards and a ~3x3? tile entryway installed. Carlos is friendly, incredibly fast, and independent. He only needed to ask me a few design questions but otherwise he solved every issue he came across. His prices were very fair and overall I?m very pleased. There were some corners cut here and there, some evidence of poor measuring and maybe less attention to detail. But if you need work done fast and affordable and looking great on the surface, Carlos is your man.

Vera was easy to work with and was able to do the work quickly. The quality was not as high as I would have liked for the woodworking job they did so I will probably look around for a different contractor for custom woodwork next time.
