"Noe and his team were amazing. I submitted the request on Angi's list literally at 6:00PM and Noe called me at 6:02PM to coordinate a time to get us on the schedule. He arrived and he was so professional with my wife, my dog and our home. He was able to get everything fixed that same day and only came back the next day because we requested him to do so. We for sure will continue to use Noe for any future sprinkler or landscaping projects we have. I'm about to text him for another item! Thanks Noe!"

"Showed up on time and gave me a reasonable bid. Completed the job in a timely manner. ( Which actually took longer than thought). When finished the shrub looks great. Very friendly and explained everything as he went along. Would definitely recommend and use again."

"The work was fine, but communication lacked. I should have asked more questions to know what to expect, but I did not really know what to ask, and the big picture process was not explained to me, so there was some uncertainty."

"This was a great experience. Adriana was kind and prompt on arriving and giving me a GREAT quote on the job I needed done! Fantastic and reasonable cost to say the least. And the worker did exactly what was needed to clean up, get rid of the weeds and leaves in my front porch. From my view it was a small job and could have probably done it myself, however I didn’t have the time. I am extremely thankful that Nature Cleaning and Landscaping were able to do the work. Most landscaping services, from my experience, would not have quoted on such a small task! I would and will - not only recommend them - but call them for future needs moving forward!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

It is safe to remove old linoleum, but it may require the help of a specialist due to the risk of asbestos in the material. Before you cut into linoleum or try to peel it up, have it tested for asbestos. If it tests positive, professionals will need to remove it to prevent the risk of health issues from airborne toxic particles. If it’s asbestos-free, DIY removal is possible and safe.

You may see specialty products for sale to remove lead dust, such as D-Lead surface wipes. But you do not need to buy a special cleaner just for lead dust. A regular all-purpose cleaner, like 409 or something similar, is sufficient for cleanup. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's directions when using it and to dilute with water.

No. Standard homeowners insurance does not cover any kind of lead remediation, focusing instead on sudden, unpreventable events like fires and theft. Many insurance companies will specifically exclude lead paint removal, since it tends to be an expensive and unavoidable project. The exception is if the lead surface is damaged during a covered event (like a flood) and homeowners insurance pays its replacement.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

If the lead paint is in a place that is not easily disturbed and is not flaking or deteriorating, you do not necessarily need to remove it. Lead is toxic when dust particles or flakes from peeling lead paint are ingested. If people are not in the area with the lead paint, it may be safe to leave it in place. You still may want to consider encapsulation with a paint formulated for covering lead-based paint, just for an added layer of protection.
