He provided information about the current health of the trees, listened to my concerns and understood my expectations and priorities during the pre-bid walk through at my home. He promptly assured me that the two different types of trees would benefit from different types of trimming due to the types, conditions and damage present in the wood. I hired them to remove some large branch's from a 40 foot pine tree that had fallen on the roof of my house during a recent snow storm. They showed on the scheduled day, at the time they said they would. They came with a full crew, equipment, and the knowhow. Instead of just throwing the branch's on the ground, they lowered them down by ropes being very carefully.
