"Eddie Durrant from Valley Plumbing replaced an old faucet in my small bathroom. The drain area in the sink was chipped and old, he worked very hard to get the new drain replacement to seal. We thought it was good, but after he left it started to leak around the drain. I called Valley Plumbing and they had Eddie come back out before he went to his next job. He took it all apart and added more plumbers tape to see if that would fill in the chipped areas in the sink. It worked. He did a great job and was very patient as he worked. I would definitely have him back to do plumbing work in my home."

They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. "The lawn care people arrived first.  They immediately identified the valve area  (I suppose from the photos) and went to work.  As they reached the valve, I saw the plumber make a call, and a few minutes later a truck arrived with specific piping.  The changes were made quickly following that.  He tested the water flow.  It was considerably improved.  He called me out to show me what had been done, where the problem had been in the pipe.  They also replaced an elbow that had been deep in the ground and brought it close to the surface so that if any work would be needed years down the road, it could be done easily and efficiently. Not only did they replace the piping needed in good time, but they blew the pipe clear of small debris as a service and cleaned up beyond the dirt they had to dig up to reach the valve area. Everything was neat and tidy--a fact, I'm sure, that was appreciated by my neighbor.   The final cost met the estimate perfectly.  I feel like these people really know their stuff!  They are cordial and demonstrate honesty and consideration.  Like everyone in today's economy I would have liked the price a little lower, but their work and attitude was worth it to me."
