I didn't have to wait for the service call to get the quote and it was very reasonable. A hole was made in the wall to repair the shower, but it was not fixed afterwards. The shower hit the door and caused it to leak. This was suppose to be fixed, but wasn't. Otherwise the work was done in a sufficient amount of time and the shower was fixed.

What a relief to find a reliable, dependable plumber! And I just moved into the upper country of Idaho (We built a new home.) Robert and his team were courteous on the phone. Prompt in calling us back with a quote. And, they were very quick. I was so impressed! They came to complete our plumbing work the day after we called them. They did not balk at the two hour drive to our property. They were efficient. They did what they said they would do, for the price that they said...even though i think it took longer than they expected. What can I say. Wow!! I definitely recommend!
