1. Our Master bathroom was 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house. All Hours installed an entirely new system to compensate. The Master bath is now 15 degrees colder after All House installs an entirely separate HVAC system. 2. All Hours used our home crawl space as a dumpster. Contrary to the All hours website which claims All hours will leave the house cleaner. Please see the images. Mounted 2-floor vents in 2 vertical vanities. Please see images 4. Damaged both Vanities. Please see images Mounted 2 different Vents in Vanity, 1 Floor Vent and 1 vent for Vertical vanity. The vertical version is mounted at different heights and nowhere near level, Please see the images. 6. 1 Vent has a flow control, the other vent does not. Do not match on same Vanity. Please see images 7. Drill a hole through our Hardwood floor, as they missed the area they were trying to drill through. The floor needs repair. Please see images 8. Workers smoked on the job site and left cigarette butts in the driveway. 9. Sent worker into a home who test positive for Covid. 10. Left metal screws and sawdust at end of every day and never cleaned up, see images. 11. Ripped the Vapor barrier under the house and did not fix it. 12. Drip pan does not have a plug that allows any condensation to spill out into the crawl space creating mold. See Image 13. Venting is twisted and not allowing full airflow. 14. Left Vent Hangers for the owner to remove. See image 15. Installed a FAKE vent with no ductwork behind it. Cut into Vanity to achieve this deception. The cut to Vanity, not level nor straight. Ruined vanity. Must be repaired. I could go on and on. Worst experience ever.

Dustin was promt, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. He went above and beyond in working on kitchen plumbing and finding and repairing a leak. He was ver COVID respectful as we have a high risk family member, and he never questioned wearing a mask. He was easy to talk to, and we would not hesitate calling again or recommending.

Aside from them not keeping the schedule they agreed to, the eventual work that was done was excellent. Their workers were polite and observed Covid safety guidelines. Pricing was very fair.

I got a bid on Monday and had the job done on Wednesday. When Bryan realized he had left something off the bid, he included it for free. We had an error code on the new tankless water heater less than 24 hours after the installation. I called the office and within 2 hours of calling I had an employee back to fix the problem. Really can't ask for more than that.

They quoted me for a Ruud system, then installed a Day and Night system instead. When I asked them about it their response was *You are right we installed the ICS brand. Last 3 months furnace and ac manufacturing facilities have slowed way down causing a real shortage of equipment and material.* I was never consulted about this change or asked if it was ok. I am not happy with this shady business practice and am very angry about it. I am considering legal action. When they cut holes into my finished hardwood floors and finished wall, they were nearly all cut too big or too small and far from square or clean. They will all need repair before I can add register grilles. When they drilled through my brick wall to add the line set, they broke the entire brick and just left it. They did no foam around the line set or vents so not bug, other pests, and water can get through my foundation and into my home. I am happy with the duct lines they ran, but their finish work is complete shit. So avoid hiring this company unless you plan on doing additional finish work, repairs that should have been wrapped up, and unauthorized changes in equipment (size and manufacturer) on installation.

We installed a water softener and needed shower heads installed. They told me that if we did the water softener that they would install the shower heads for us for free. The water softener installation went perfectly fine but they never returned to install the shower heads as promised. I called to have someone come out again but then never heard back.

All Hours went far and beyond just doing the job. Great people. The highest of recommendations.

Even with major complications on the job, they stuck to their original bid, did all the work very professionally, and were just great to work with. GOOD people.

There was miscommunication with the appointment day. I booked for Monday, they rescheduled me for Tuesday but did not tell me. I waited on Monday and when no one arrived I called to find out they had rescheduled me. Communication is so important. The plumber was great and did a great job.
