They discovered that my pressure reducing valve is no longer functioning and so they replaced that to ensure that the water pressure would not damage not only the water softener, but also the water heater and other appliances and piping within the home. They did an excellent job. They completed it in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I am happy to recommend them to others that may need water softener service."

I've had work done to make my water heater work, then eventually replaced my water heater; he helped me set up a bidet and hand rails in my shower for my elderly mom; he’s installed my dishwasher because it needed a longer line. Currently, I have a leak in my main water line between my house and the sidewalk... and I'm sure it's going to be awesome. Terry is great with my mother and my dogs. Their customer service was great (very responsive, provided info about install and product and answered all questions), and scheduled the install right away. The installers (Brandon and Ned) were very nice and knowledgeable, performed the installed in a timely manner and answered any questions i had. it has only been a day but i love my humidifier! highly recommend it when living in Utah!"

"Wonderful! I was happy they were able to come out the same day and I only needed one technician for all 3 systems. Other places I've worked with in the past had separate plumbing and HVAC technicians (which means 2 service charges). I was given a 2 hour window in which to expect the technician to arrive. David Newsome called 1/2 hour into that 2 hour window arrival to let me know his ETA, and he arrived when he said he would. He alleviated our fears that water had gotten into the vents, explained that the high humidity remaining from the basement flood was why the A/C was working harder than usual and dripping water from the vents, made sure the water heater was working fine and was not damaged by the flood, and did a full inspection (essentially a fall tuneup) of our heater. He even identified that one of the de-humidifiers left by the emergency cleanup crew we hired was not running and reset it! David was very professional and pleasant to work with, and even made friends with our yappy dachshunds. I chose Manwill based on Angie's List reviews, and am very glad I did. Great experience. I'll be calling them again for our future plumbing and HVAC needs."

"TLDR: Upfront on costs, options. Very high quality work. Friendly. Mike at Upfront is amazing. He understood the work I needed done which was to install a water softener and he asked questions about what I was trying to achieve which revealed some plumbing changes we needed to make to have soft water at all sinks throughout the house. He reviewed those options with me and wasn't pushy about the other work to allow me to make the decision on what I wanted to do. After performing the work we realized we didn't like the soft water at our fridge and he came back FOR FREE to switch back the plumbing for the fridge to the way it was before. He really went above and beyond to not only perform the work at a top level, but also offer options to achieve what we wanted from our water system. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs."

I found 4 service providers on Angi last niggt and got estimates from all 4 this morning. Trent with Neon Plumbing and Air was the 4th estimate and without question I’m glad we went with Neon! Trent was very knowledgeable, informative, attentive to detail and explained pros and cons for both types and very transparent about everything. He was able to get all supplies today and come back in about 90 minutes and completely take out old tank and install new Navien tankless water heater including updated to code plumbing and exhaust vent.
