"Aquia Pool & Spa has been taking care of my pool & spa for years. They perform all normal maintenance, and they do it in a quiet, timely, and professional manner. On top of the normal stuff, there are two other reasons I go to them every year for all my pool and spa needs: First they are proactive about letting me know what will become a problem in the future and dealing with it now while it's still easily manageable from a time and cost perspective. Second, occasionally I will call them out of the blue about an issue or a question or a problem and they respond quickly, deal with the issue directly, and if needed even apologetically. If I owned a company, I'd like it to be run just like Jason runs his. Oh, last thing I love: They are a one stop shop. Pool, Pool Equipment, Lighting, Electrical, New install, Maintenance: They do it al. One call to fix it all. Thank you Aquia Pool & Spa for all you do!"

"He diagnosed the issue and possible solutions. He let me watch him work, and he answered questions. He gave me two possible solutions to the problem and freely indicated how to change out the required parts, if I chose to do so. He also indicated the parts are widely available on-line saving me more money. So I paid him for his service, bought the required parts, and replaced/installed them in the heater myself."

"I was originally interested in finding someone to clean out the slime at the bottom of our pool. Tim was extremely quick to respond. He even made a special trip at his own expense to assess what needed to be done at my pool. Unfortunately, it had been sitting so long, that both the equipment and plaster needed to be replaced, and that was not in our budget. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his desire to serve us, as potential customers. I can tell he has a lot of knowledge of pool equipment and pool maintenance. They are always precise with the chemicals and cleaning, even taking the time to ensure all the filters are sprayed down and clean. When my pump stopped working after a heavy rain they communicated everything and helped troubleshoot the issue. I cannot express in words how appreciative I am of their customer service and work. I have a direct number to my pool cleaner to ask any questions, even after hours, and they are always quick to respond. Other companies require a call to the answering service and then you may or may not get a prompt response. I recommend them to anyone wanting quality personalized service! !"

"So far so good. I had to switch companies because the one I was using was leaving my Pool dirty and they charge extra to clean your filter! So far I have been happy with Fusion with my Pool and spa. I travel back and forth so I don’t have time to be on top of a messy Pool. Dave was easy to talk to and get set up on the day I preferred. They also don’t charge extra for cleaning your filter. I like their winter schedule too. Very reasonably priced and they take pictures of my pool and spa after the cleaning. Not just a pic of my pool! I would recommend them."
