We had our 20yr old pool repaired, re-plastered and new tile installed. Fransisco and the team were amazing! They are extremely professional and produced high quality work. Their attention to detail could not have been better. The communication was excellent and phone calls were returned promptly ! Great customer service and a great experience! I would 100% recommend Waterworks for all you pool needs!

Repair of loose copping & missing tiles on one corner of in ground pool. Explained reason for the problem & what was needed to to repair vs patch. Everyone was great. Arrived on time & did excellent job blending in new tiles when needed. Copping is great match & I no longer worry about it coming loose. All the guys were respectful of our property & did an excellent clean up of the area when done. They brought in their own pool vacuum to clear the debris instead of sweeping it towards our pool filter. Excellent job all around!

Resurface pool 2 years ago and still looks great. Also remodeled our fountain and we love it.. Just repaired pump plumbing that was damaged by deer. Francisco 's work was very neat and fast. Would recommend and hire again.

The whole team was amazing. They said it would take about 2 weeks and they were done in a little over a week. Very professional and did all they said they would do and more. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any of our pool repairs.

Work professionally performed on a timely basis and so far everything looks great. Have not yet entered the pool due to the cold weather, but presume the wall and bottom are smooth. Both Mack and Dan were very cordial and it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Dan came out and looked at the pool and fountain, and gave us some suggestions that would enhance them. They were great ideas and we went with them. His crew was quick and efficient and the job was done on a timely basis. I would highly recommend him for and pool work whether new or remodeling an existing one.

I appreciate that Dan did everything he said he was going to do. He and his crew were punctual and professional. Once the work was completed, Dan followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied. Pool looks great!!!

I am so pleased with this company and the work they did! I had a re-plaster on my in-ground pool and hot tub. It is beautiful! They communicated well and started and finished on the dates they said they would. The crew was friendly, efficient and cleaned up too. They were so easy to work with...they made excellent recommendations. They did not hire a crew the owners and staff did the work. Left our home picked up, clean and it was very obvious they are proud of the work they do...we are extremely pleased!
