Working with all the nice folks at Fiesta Pool Services made having our pool repaired an easy process. They are always quick to respond to requests and communicate any changes with me. The repair went well and now we have hired them to do our weekly maintenance.

I called them out to clean my pool filter and fix a broken drain cover. He determined that the pool had to be drained in order to fix the drain cover. He also found a small crack in my prefilter. Cleaned the filter and had the office send estimates for the other two items. I have scheduled the service for the following week. Very satisfied with the knowledge and professionalism.

Most ethical & efficient pool company! Turned my swamp into an oasis within days! Had my pool resurfaced and my pump replaced. We did have a discrepancy with the color, and the manager, Chris, went above and beyond to quickly come up with a resolution that exceeded my expectations! I’m blown away with the high-level of customer service and integrity of this company’s employees. Even Scott, who installed my new pump, was very friendly and thorough with educating me on the pump! Additionally, he was also kind enough to share a lot of overall pool knowledge with me! I’m so impressed with them that I’m letting them take over, servicing my pool weekly from here on out! Stellar company through and through!

Everyone at this company is a gem to deal with, but special shout outs to Sam and Jimmy for the projects they helped me with this week. They are always on time, they are respectful of my property, I feel like they treat my pool like it was their own, and they answer all my dumb questions - even the repeat ones - with such kindness and thoroughness and zero judgment. Fiesta pools did a great job on my pool equipment. Daniel was my technician. He was able to diagnose the problems that I was having and kept a great line of communication with me as the day went on. He was on time and provided wonderful service. This was the first time for me to use Fiesta Pools, but they came highly recommended from a few of my friends. Great job and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Fiesta has been my pool company since my pool was installed in 2019. I have never had an ounce of algae or other issues with my pool chemicals. They do a fantastic job with the routine pool maintenance and the techs are professional, knowledgable, and willing to share all sorts of information. Best of all, whenever I have had any equipment issues, they were almost all resolved within a week or less, usually time was simply awaiting parts. I just recently had a pool pump failure and Fiesta got it replaced and running in very short order. They were willing to replace the motor to save me money but I decided to purchase a new pump and they obliged. I thought I wanted a fancy pump with all the gee-whiz bells and whistles and was given great professional advice on my actual needs, saving me over $1500 and still ended up with a great product (they could have easily sold me a more expensive pump). Jimmy was my installer and walked me through the new pump operations and nuances, and offered advice to save on energy and equipment usage to help prolong the life of the pump. Overall Chris and the team and Fiesta really take amazing care of their customers and are always responsive whenever I have an issue, general question, or even walking me through something over the phone (also saving me a service call). I HIGHLY recommend Fiesta Pool Services.

Being first time pool owners we had no clue about pool service. After a thorough search we found Fiesta Pool and Spa. Wow what a good decision on our part. Couldn’t be happier. Excellent communication on all service related issues. We are exceptionally pleased with our service tech (Cameron). Cameron is very polite and respectful of our pool and property. He’s always on time with his “30 minutes out” texts and he’s extremely thorough in his work. Our dog Apollo greets Cameron like a family member lol. You won’t get any “drive by’s” with Fiesta Pool and Spa. Great job each and every time. Highly recommended.

We recently switched to Fiesta Pool for our weekly service. They have already proven to be a huge improvement from our previous pool service and we are so glad we made the switch. Sam is my technician, and I could not be more pleased with how he cares for my pool. He is thorough with the checklist of services, but he also goes above and beyond to care for the property. My pool was a mess and he did a very thorough job. He's got immense know-how in servicing a pool, and balancing it out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They never completed fixing issues while they made when resurface pool or tiles. Short story just look at the pictures and think about if it’s done professionally. I give them -5 stars if I can. Huge waste of money and time. During work they damaged my property, and broke pool pump.

We put the unground pool and spa in two years ago. Since that time, Fiesta Pool & Spa Service has provided outstanding service! This company is friendly, client focused, with high quality and rapid response. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and always highly professional. They get the service jobs done quickly and efficiently, and their fixes always stick: never doing shoddy work. The front office is extreme client focused, schedules service calls quickly, even with them being in high demand and doing many services. The company is well equipped with parts, and they worked efficiently and effectively to get some critical parts to repair my chemical dispensing system that were difficult to obtain due to supply chain issues. I was surprised how quickly they obtain the pumps needed for my chemical dispensers. The company also does warranty repairs for multiple vendor systems, such Hayward, etc. This company provides the best service available in mid-Texas with reasonable prices. I highly recommend them for any pool services needed. Can’t imagine a reason to go elsewhere!

Fiesta Pools has been cleaning my pool all summer, and it looks amazing. They come out once a week. Derek is the technician that does most of my cleaning and he’s great.
