"The worker was very polite, friendly and professional. I first explain what I had been experiencing for quite a number of years. I had work done on the same area but was never truly repaired. I have kept a bucket under the sink for years. The worker never interrupted me, listened carefully then immediately identified the problem. He extended himself by offering to replace the old baskets strainings on both sides of the sink. He also offered to cleaned the pipe under the sink that was horrible. I was thrilled after the work was completed. He made sure no leaks would be found and if so he mentioned their six months warranty. I didn't see one drop of water no where under my sink. The baskets strainings made my sink look brand new. He made me a very happy and satisfied customer. I have other work that needs attention to in the near future.
