"I like the water filter they gave me. I can get the water straight from the tap. They gave me a free installation because I am an Angie's List member. All the salt is removed from my water. They told me if I referred anyone to them they would give me $500 credit. My skin feels better and all my food and coffee I make with my water taste better. Installing a salt filter is not as good because you end up loosing 300 gallons of water a month. One time I called to tell them my filter was leaking and they found everything was running and they didn't charge me."

They are very responsive, and they come out when they say they will. Sometimes they may be a little late, but overall they give a 1 or 2 hour windows, and they are usually here during the window. I haven't had a problem with any of them. They also offer a nice plan where you set up a plan for $130 and they take care of our 2 units and check them both out."
