Jon Wayne is the company that installed the unit, now they’re saying the unit ‘is grounded’ and ‘is like a heart that stopped beating’. Crazy that it’s supposed to be a top of the line unit that they compare to a Cadillac for the AC world, yet it stopped functioning after a year. Do yourself a favor and get other options and opinions before trusting them on something as important as cool air in your home. I can’t believe we are dealing with this. Now we’re 30k in, an additional 1k for their ‘warranty’ and still without a working AC. WOW."
