The salesman was thorough in going over industry updates, changes in efficiencies and so on. He calculated prices with utility rebates and other options.
Technicians came as expected with the expected components -- no delays for a trip back to the shop, or the hardware store. "We have a water system on our place for cleaning and treating our water since we have wells. We have a water clarification system which we bought from them and they come out every year and do maintenance on it. It is more than just a softener, it's a clarification system as well, it crops out solids and everything. They've got a service tech that's really knowledgeable and knows his business. Their maintenance costs and service calls are not inexpensive but they are no different from anybody else. When they came to install the new part, it took about 20 or 30 minutes."

"We have been very pleased with the outcome of our HVAC replacement.  Matt was very helpful in taking care of our concern that our system be properly sized.  We were borderline between a 4 and 5 ton system and I know that there are load calculations that can be done in order to determine the size of the unit needed based on your house and conditions like insulation, windows, ceiling height, etc.  Matt was the only contractor who offered to take the time to measure everything and actually do the load calculations.  It turned out that with the insulation upgrade we were already planning, a 4 ton unit was the correct size for our house.  So not only did we achieve the benefit of a more efficient unit, we also received an additional benefit of having a smaller unit that draws less power than we otherwise would have had if we had "guessed" and stuck with the original 5 ton size.  
Once we made the decision to hire Aire Serv they scheduled us quickly, were on time and were very tidy while working at our house.  The unit is working great and we can really see a difference in our electric bill so far, roughly 30% difference compared to August last year although we've had a cooler summer so we cannot attribute the entire improvement to the HVAC upgrade but I'm guessing at least a 20% improvement due to the upgrade.  We used 1000 kWh less of electricity in August 2014 than August 2013 which translates to 36% less than last year and 600 kWh less in August 2014 than July 2014 which translates to 26% less when August 2014 was hotter than July 2014.  Our unit was changed out toward the end of the July 2014 billing cycle.
So bottom line, much lower consumption after installing the new HVAC, Aire Serv took care of all the paper work to send to PEC for our rebate and for getting the Trane warranty extended from 5 to 10 years.  Polite, timely, clean, professional and after doing extensive research I know the price we paid is reasonable.  So overall we have been very happy that we chose Aire Serv.

Several days ago a technician, Chris, came out and diagnosed a problem and had to order a part and just returned and replaced the inoperable part. Chris made an adjustment initially so we could still us our water heater until the new part was installed. We have been using Jon Wayne for 10 years and never been displeased with their service."
