"1) SOS electric arrived 1 hr after my call and identified quickly the small fire at the back of the motor as the cause of dead filtration system of my inground swimming pool. Fire was caused by inproper contacts between the switch and the motor. SOS Electric replaced partially burned contact into proper one and soon filtration system was up and running. 2) Light over garage door didn’t have motion sensor. SOS Electric went to Home Depot and got the new light with motion sensor. Soon it was installed properly, adjusted to optimal sensitivity and works perfectly."

"Maddox Roofing did a great job all around! I was skeptical at first since I didn't see too many reviews and I have a lot of flashing that needs to be correct but after meeting with Brady multiple times and going over the exact details of the work to be performed, I decided to go with him on this large cash expense (non-insurance related reroof). He got the permits in a week or so and then had the materials delivered and the crew came only a couple of days later. They tore everything completely off, and replaced it all. I saw the bare roof and the few replaced sheets of plywood before they re-wrapped the entire roof again with their waterproofing material and re-applied shingles and flashing everywhere. It looks so good, I was so happy when I saw the new roof! The best part of Maddox however is that LESS THAN A WEEK after the new roof was installed, a wind storm tore off a few of the new shingles. I called Maddox to let him know and see if he had some spares I could have to patch, he said "No sir you have a 5 year warranty with my company and we will take care of it". Sure enough they came out and patched it up with matching shingles. Very pleased with the company and the work the men performed on this big house in only 2 days. I see detail and pride in the work and I watched selflessness as the men picked up every scrap of debris from the flower beds and shook the rain spouts to find stubborn nails that could remain behind. "It went really well. The technician was one time and professional. He did not try to sell us bogus parts or ID "problems." An issue we had back east. He also pointed out our builder had slipped a Lennox cover over our generic brand condenser, which will likely wear out sooner than the brand name. We are going to sign-up for their annual maintenance contract.

"Started Pool Service Oct 2019. Had a little issue towards the start with elevated CYA levels, but they responded quickly and helped to resolve and restore the balance. Since then the quality or work is excellent. One service person (Dante) took extra time to refresh the labels on my pump equipment, and made sure pool and spa valves were aligned properly (very important). Another person (Andrew) installed a new PSI gauge and took care to install so its easily read. Additionally I am kept informed if there is a delay or one off change in service."
