"My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. "We had a flooded basement because of a leak in our 13 year-old water heater. Someone came out very quickly to take a look and give us an estimate to install a new hot water heater. This included options for different sizes and types. The same afternoon Aaron and another gentleman were at our door with the new hot water heater. They were neat and professional, working within the limited space of an enclosure in our basement that houses the water heater. They removed the old one. "Crew was two hours late, but all work was done in one day. The crew cleaned up everything and explained the basics of how the new programmable thermostats work.  They tested the heater and restarted it until air was cleared from the gas line and the heater stayed on. A/C operation was verified and was cooling before they left.
