The owner is a great listener and did her best to understand the home owner's situation, provided good feedback, recommendations, and showed strong knowledge in HVAC system installation. The field estimate crew was also very knowledgeable. Though the initial price seemed a bit high, the owner was willing to work on it, and ultimately secured the work.
