Better than we could have hoped for! We love the work did and they were great to work with. Very creative and beautiful finished product. We know that we can call at any time with questions (even 3 years later) and they are very quick to respond. We will work with them again as soon as we are ready to tackle the back yard. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with both projects. All work was done as planed and in a very prompt and professional matter. They also replanted some some of the plants in my backyard at no cost. There was never any delay in service and always completed the job as planned.

Brandon and his team were extremely professional and did a great job. I really appreciated the time Brandon and the crew leader spent reviewing the project with my husband and I before the work started. 
the Novation team worked efficiently and took care not to damage existing plants,  lawn and sidewalk. They even took care when placing the river rock on the driveway. And to top it off, they cleaned up after themselves even though it was in the dark. 
I've already recommended the Novation team to my parents for any future projects they may have. And I look forward to working with them again.

The French Drain ran approximately 115 feet and had a turn involved.  His crew did the work in a day and a half (in 100 degree temps) and did an excellent job.  He tested the drain several times during and at the completion of the project to ensure it drained properly into my culvert.  Brandon and his crew were very professional and Brandon did an excellent job listening to my needs and doing the work according to my needs.  He and his crew were very respectful and hard-working.  At the end, they completely cleaned the area.  I was so impressed, I asked Brandon for a second bid on some other landscaping I need done.  I plan to use Brandon for other jobs or, at least include him on bids I take.  I'd recommend him to others without hesitation.

We LOVE this company!  They are extremely responsive to our questions and needs. Brandon is very willing to work with us on the best and most economical solutions.  His crew works incredibly hard and does very good work.  All the work listed above was done in one day during very hot weather here in Texas.  What impresses me so much is the condition of the area(s) when they're done.  EVERYTHING is picked up, cleared and cleaned.  They even walked through the grass to make sure there weren't any random rocks left from the removal/install of the landscape rocks. It's like they weren't even here except that the landscape looks beautiful!!! 
This is the second time we've used them and I'm sure we will be using them again in the future. They are our go-to landscaping company. Use them with confidence.

I think Brandon and his helper did a good job.  I went with Brandon specifically because he was on Angie's List even though could have gone with someone else who charged a base fee with an additional cost per sprinkler head.--That company sounded cheaper but I wanted to use a company that would (I hoped) be accountable.  Anyway, Brandon replaced two sprinkler heads.

Brandon is a wonderful person to work with. He and his crew re-graded  the ground that was collecting water, added drainage, tied gutter down spouts into underground drains, repaired drainage under steps, repaired retaining wall, and modified unsafe flagstone steps so that they are now safe. His crew was professional and friendly, and they cleaned everything up beautifully when they were done. Because it rained heavily during the work, it took a little longer to complete than expected. The ground was saturated and they had to come out again to do a little re-work and modification to the completed projects.  Brandon was very easy to talk to when I had to call him out for the re-work.  He was very understanding and made me feel comfortable telling him my concerns.  
We are planning to hiring them again for future projects.

Brandon is great to work with.  He was very patient with us during the whole process.  What started out as a project worthy of Southern Living ended up being significantly smaller in scale.  He never appeared frustrated and wanted to give us what we wanted.  Once we finally decided what we wanted, he asked enough questions and was able to grasp our vision exactly. 

It was about a week long project in total and his crew was very professional and skilled.  They even showed concern for our dogs which had to be sequestered in the bottom section of our back yard.  Every evening they left the place in a presentable condition.

We will eventually get the other parts of our grand project including an outdoor kitchen and fire pit.  We will not call anyone else but Novation to do the work.

Brandon and his team were absolute professionals. He scheduled a time to come and talk with us about what we were looking for and promptly sent a detailed estimate back. They started work right away and did exceptional work. Would highly recommend and look forward to future projects.

The weather was not very cooperatibve, but these guys did a great job. We had a few issues that they had to  correct that
were not part of the initial drainage issues. They voluntarily corrected them, and went above and beyond to accomodate us.
I would recommend them. While they were working at our house a passer buyer saw their sign, and are now having  patio woprk done.

Brandon was quick to respond to my request for an estimate of what  I might  want done to my backyard.  He gave me a quote the same day for a list of items.  After reviewing the list, I decided to have his crew do two retaining walls and replace my deck stairs with wider, longer stairs.  There were a couple of other projects on the estimate list that I had decided to do myself.  Brandon gave me advice on how to do them even though I had not contracted him to do that particular work.
I also had to reschedule the start date and he was very flexible in rescheduling for me.  His crew always showed up on time and worked diligently while they were at my residence . Brian, the supervisor, answered my many questions readily. I wanted to be able to do these projects on my own some day.  They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves daily.  They finished the projects on time.
One project I did myself was put in new sod.  I was  having problems with the grass and called Brandon since he had recommended the type of grass to use.  He came out to my house to look at it and spent some time with me explaining what I needed to do.  He did not have to make a trip to my residence to help me since this was not part of the projects I had hired him to do.  He was very helpful.
I highly recommend his services.

They arrived when they said they would.  They worked diligently and  took only small breaks when needed. They all had a cheerful attitude and all questions were graciously answered.  They took our specifications seriously.  Their work on the retaining wall was meticulous and they sometimes reworked a portion to get it correct.  The ideas that they suggested to us were very good and their cleanup was unbelievable. The property was left cleaner than when they started. Their  work was of outstanding quality. 

I initially sent an email message to this company detailing what was needed. Brandon responded quickly to my request and came to visit with me and to give his recommendations and explain how to accomplish the job. He gave me an estimate for the job and he stuck with the cost. I would whole heartedly recommend these professionals to serve your landscaping needs. Great company and great workers and beautiful work.

It was a good deal, they came out and did a free evaluation, they told me how much it would be and that is exactly what I paid.

They ripped out several old gardens, laid down French drains underneath the gardens, ran new sprinkler system lines, laid out new gardens with new plants, ripped out an old sidewalk and replaced with an exceptionally nice sidewalk. Removed a large amount of landscaping timbers and replaced with stone.  Ripped out old high-voltage sidewalk lights and replaced with new high-voltage sidewalk lights

After the next rain, I noticed recessed areas around the drain box on the side of the house. I called the owner of the company and he was out the same day and explained why it had settled and that it was normal.

Jason also taught me about why my yard in front is soggy. He adjusted my aerobic sprinklers so they sprayed only where I wanted! He knows so much about landscaping, sprinkler systems and gutters. I was impressed!


He and his employees were timely, friendly and polite. They were also VERY fast!
