"Initially I thought I had hired another professional but they never called me back a second time. Damien called and not only did he go by my new house, he walked the property while on the phone with me so we could discuss exactly what I needed from him and he gave me an incredibly reasonable estimate on the spot. Since then he has contacted me to give me an estimate of cost for the landscaping plants that I would like to add. All this and I haven't paid him a dime yet or even closed on the house yet!
