A few things stood out in the whole process The initial price was in line with other builders but what stood out was he uses plywood boxes not higher grade particle. My walls were just studs. When the cabinets were installed it was a great fit which was a relief due to all the moving parts. He understood what I was asking made suggestions without being pushy. I am pleased with his suggestions and think it looks great. The install seemed to go pretty smoothly, the crew showed care to maintain quality. The cabinets turned out well, fit well. The sink fit perfectly into cabinet. Love the soft close drawers and doors. I will use them again for the master bath and closet when it's time for that. I highly recommend them."

"Edwardo and his team were very professional and proficient and their work was very good. And the initial work was completed in 2 days with the exception of the glass being installed on a pony wall. Another exception was the reseal of our master shower (not a part of the tub to shower conversion) that had to be redone due using caulk that was not compatible with marble. Martinez (glass installer) did a nice job installing the glass on the pony wall and also he completed the re-caulk of the master shower. Would highly recommend 5 Star Bath."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage.
