He explained the problem thoroughly and what needed to be done to complete the job. He worked with my budget and was very understanding. Francisco was helpful, courteous and went the extra mile to complete the job. He repaired the pipe while it was raining and I’m sure past his working hours. "Checked the entire house and water heater.? We discussed the water in depth, it would need to be replaced in the next year and it was 10 years old, at the end of it's life.? Adjusted all toilets and installed two new flappers, so the toilets don't run constantly and saves water.? Checked the shower and replaced the shower head.? We were entirely satisfied with the service."
