Wow! What a great choice I made in hiring IT Excellence. Lance (?)was fantastic. He arrived in time, was friendly, courteous, and personable. He was quick with the set-up and everything works great. While other companies played phone tag with me, Lance (?) reached out to me via text when he couldn’t reach me by phone. Text is much more convenient for me.
