He showed up on time, worked hard to reroute the pipe so we wouldn't have to break the slab and finished the job in about 5 hours. Quick work. He then got us a new faucet that matched our request exactly and installed it. Also quick work. He was courteous and friendly at all times. He cleaned up after the job was finished and left satisfied customers."

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! This included hooking up a refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen sink, tankless water heater, and filtration system for our coffee maker. The neatness of the install is something to complement, as you can tell no shortcuts were taken to finish the job any sooner. Several of my colleagues have been commenting on how well the lines were run and the quality of the parts used. This job included removal of old counters, under mount sink, and included all plumbing and electrical work. They even reinstalled new faucets in the bathroom.  The whole job took couple weeks but it was done very well and we are happy with the results. Derek provided advice on how we could save existing black splash tiles.  He also went an extra mile and replaced a faulty faucet multiple times until it was done right.
