"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Again, they found the leak and were able to perform a reroute that saved her money over the tunneling proposed by the other guy and Morgan was able to get to the job sooner to boot. "The service was prompt and the toilets were installed and are working just as expected. There were two things that bothered me about this installation: 1) the flange on one of the toilets was rusted out and to remove and replace it, I was charged $300. Prices for flanges are considerably less than that so most of that cost would be for labor. Considering the flange was installed in much less than one hour, I feel I was excessively overcharged. Additionally, many flakes of rust were all over my bathroom. There was no effort to clean up the mess. 2) the three removed toilets were placed in my alley for removal by city trash removal. That's OK, they took them, but there was no attempt to consolidate the boxing material for the new toilets. Packing material and boxes for the new toilets ended up spread all over the alley. He even left his water bottle out in the open. Being overcharged and lack of respect for my home are the two reasons this company will not be hired again. I just wish I had taken pictures of the messes."

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

However, I gave them a C rating because I called for an estimate on another job.  They came out and were going to email me the estimate.  After almost a week, I called and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet.  I have never heard from them.  I wasted time waiting for their bid, thinking that if it was reasonable, I would go with them since hey did a good job on the faucets.  I will not call them again for anything. "
