"I called Oscar to install a whole house surge protector I had purchased online. He was able to install the device the next day. I had all the parts. Oscar had to cut a hole in the drywall and drill a hole thru the stud and into the panel ( not an easy job). Part of the problem was a full breaker panel, Oscar had to move 2 breakers to a sub-panel to make room for the new 50 amp breaker the surge protector needed.
