Excellent! Bobby came out to the house 2-3 times before work even started. Workers were very professional and cleaned up really well. Had gotten 6 other HVAC quotes and Paschall was one of the few companies that took this time to explain everything we needed to have done so our systems run efficiently. Their pricing was one of the lower of the 6 estimates.

I called Paschall because my home A/C stopped cooling. I have an annual contract with them to inspect my HVAC twice yearly and I get a small discount on calls with priority service. I left a message and later a lady relative of the owner called me back from South Carolina...she was "filling in" she said. Lots of confusion, call backs, couldn't find my contract info, etc. Bobby, the owner, shows up the next day clearly in a bad mood, talking crap, throwing things around, telling me to do this and do than (I thought he worked for me, not me for him). He didn't ask any questions about what was wrong until I stopped him and told him what was actually happening.....he then stopped what he was doing and looked for a drainage issue. Told him A/C drains into my master bedroom sink. He went there, literally threw the stuff under sink all over the bathroom, ordered me to find a bucket, unclogged the drainage line, and then threw my bucket out onto the driveway and it rolled into the street. Then he told me I owed $175 for the service call....told him I had a contract....he couldn't find it. Went around and around on that issue...finally confirmed contract with lady in South Carolina and paid. At my house 20 minutes tops. It was just an ugly, angry, unprofessional display from this outfit. Stay away from these people at all costs.

I don’t recall the price, they replaced an air conditioning unit so it was expensive, but I really don’t recall. Every time they come out, they have been prompt and they have been helpful. They are personable, prompt, and seem very professional and helpful.

Which reminds me I need to do that checkup again.?I think it was a $79 flyer. Right now, I don?t remember much, pleased with the tune up. I think tht's fair.

Second time using them. Came out same day and fixed problem.

They did come out on a Sunday once. The air conditioning went out and they fixed it several years ago. The work they do is very good and they're dependable. If someone comes down on Sunday it's pretty good. We use them every six months.

Great company. They actually know how to fix things. I have a rent house in Haltom City. The weather had just turned hot so it was hard to get anyone -- everyone was busy. I had a part-time air conditioner guy out (the other one I knew wouldn't go.) He spent 2 partial days working in it and installed 4 parts it didn't need. After 2 days working on it he gave up and left to install a new unit at someone else's house. I called Paschall about 5 p.m. after the original guy refused to return. They took all the info: tenants phone numbers and AC warrantee info. I didn't have to go to the house. They called the tenants and arranged everything. Paschall sent 2 repair men the next day, fixed it in 15 minutes (it was a short in the outside wiring) and charged $135. (I haven't heard from the guy who put in 4 parts that were not needed). Paschall is my new AC repair company!

Late on a Friday afternoon, when the initial effort to repair the a/c failed, the company owner came back that night, diagnosed a difficult problem, fixed it, and refused to charge any additional fee.  I couldn't be happier with the company and its representatives.

They are top quality, very professional. I would definitely recommend them. They are the best heating and air conditioning company we've ever used. And we've been using heating and air conditioning companies for over 40 years.

The technician came out on short notice on a Sunday evening to fix a minor technical glitch.   Instead of charging us for a service call the company provided the one hour service call on a Sunday gratis.  This demonstration of customer service and standing behind their product will make us repeat customers.  How refreshing in this day and age!

Came within an hour of calling. Diagnosed problem, quoted price, and completed work all in the same day.

I've had Paschal out about 5 times now and A/C is still having trouble.  Not sure why they cannot identify the issue, but I'm down over $2500 now and still don't have decent A/C.

After examining the Condenser, he discovered a loose ball bearing.  The only way to fix it was to replace the motor

Paschall's came out and charged the previous owner $99 to look at the equipment and do ZERO repairs/fixes.
Their invoice read: "I done a checkup on complete on furnace. Checked flame, flue supplies vents, filters, temp rise system furnace is clean and in good operating order. The drain pan is only surface rust and is not all the way thruo. It does have a [unlegible word] switch on it if condensation begins to hold up. As for the A/C all electrical connections are ok, condensor coils seem to be clean. It has a cover over it as well. The temp outside is at 40 degrees and [unlegible word] level and will be best to checkup in Apr. or May. Please call for Appt. System seems to be ok at this time. Recomend Appt. in April to service A/C System."
So basically, they did nothing. They did not fix any of the obvious problems with the unit and corresponding lines etc. and then had the nerve to say that they should be called back later and paid to service it. The worst of all was the claim that there was only "Surface Rust" when the pan was rusted COMPLETELY through to the other side! I even have photos showing the rusted holes on the bottom of the pan!
I had to pay another company $500 yesterday to fix problems that this company said didn't exist. And the company I had out said that there was another $250-$300 worth of work that probably needed to be done some time in the future but since I was on a budget they recommended that it could wait.

Professionally handled from the phone call, to the tech's diagnostics, to the installation crew. Could not have asked for better.

I was totally happy they were quick and didn't push lots of fixes that I didn't' need.

I called in the morning, they scheduled for between 2-4 PM, arrived at 2:30, and called to confirm in advance. Mike was professional, respectful, knowledgable, and quick... All at a reasonable price. They didn't try to gouge, or cheat. They didn't try to sell me a new system, just did what was needed, and gave a discount due to Angie's List Coupon.This is a great company, you can call, and trust. Try then when you have a need, because I'll be using them again whenever I need AC or Heating service.
