"This company is actually fantastic, even though I'm seeking a refund. Their order for the fans was apparently sent to Costco, so they had to wait for another shipment. They were absolutely shocked that they had missed me because the shipment had come in and they thought they had taken care of everyone. HPC said that they'd find a way to get me one, but I cannot do that as it would be at a loss to the company and that is not fair. I am very impressed with this company, and if they do another deal, I'll be all over it."

The installer did not arrive with all the materials needed to complete the job. It took over a week to get all the work completed on the Fuse Panel. There were scheduling issues between the office and the installer. I believe this company is experiencing growing pains. They know the electrical work but haven't worked out the organization yet.

I had a good experience with the installation of the ceiling fan and outside light and switch. The installer was efficient and completed the job quickly.
