I’ve used HR Phoenix for the last 5 years for my home and build projects electrical needs. Always first rate in the quality of the technicians and customer service. For this visit, the inaccessible plug in for my hot water heater fried itself at the outlet. Quan was my super polite technician. We discussed the several options available to fix the problem, I chose the best one for me and the work was completed quickly, efficiently and it looks great! (Usually electricians tend to tear up the drywall requiring repairs). Anyway I am super happy and I have the peace of mind that the repair was done correctly, up to code, and will not give me any problems.

I had HR Phoenix Electrical Company install a new bathroom plug, and instead of wiring it properly into a dedicated 20-amp plug circuit, they cut corners and tied it into the 15-amp light circuit. Now every time I use the plug, the bathroom lights flicker. When I called them to come back and check, they brushed it off as ?normal.? Really?! That?s not normal ? that?s cheap, lazy work. To make things worse, they tricked my unsuspecting wife into paying $300 for a ?service visit? to check their own poor installation. They still haven?t refunded that money. I also paid them to install strong outdoor path lights, but two have already broken from minor bumps ? exactly what I asked them to avoid. This company is terrible, dishonest, and overpriced. They cut corners to save themselves a buck, but charge you an exorbitant amount for mediocre work. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone reputable.

Quick to respond and schedule service. They left holes in the walls that they said they don?t repair. This was pretty disappointing. They can?t even install a cover over the holes they cut in the wall?

They really did a great job. They were quick to schedule, on time, and very professional. I will be using them again.

Quick work, got all of the GFCI outlets installed!

Called them to install an EV Charger for my 2024 Audi. The project was complicated by the fact that my main breaker box is in the 3rd car garage upfront and the main garage is in the rear of my home and they needed to run a 120+ feet cable through the attic(s) to get the wiring. They did a fantastic job installing the wiring. Although they had to drill a few holes they were responsible enough to patch them after the job was completed. Everything worked fine for a few months until summer, when the charger started tripping when used at 100% (220v 11kw), so I had to switch back to 50% (110v 5.6kw). At this point I am not sure if it's a charger issue or if it's an issue with the wiring. Called them again for an inspection and they were more than willing to come out and help me figure out the issue. Still actively working with them on isolating the issue. Very helpful, great customer service and reasonable pricing. Will hire again.

Company took so long, to complete the service, and the price was way expensive that was supposed to be, completely unprepared, inaccurate cuoting, mediocre craftsmanship, not a really good job to be honest.

I am a registered Professional Engineer who has managed commercial properties. I must say that this was the most impressive electrical contractor that I have dealt with to date. The technicians that were sent to my house to perform multiple tasks were knowledgeable, skilled, professional, on time, and courteous. They did whatever it took to do the job right. The price I paid for the work was very fair. I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone.

They were great, Very attentive, excellent service. The reps were Quawn and Nathan were fantastic, very respectable and knowledgeable.

The electrician fixed my electrical outlet. He answered all my questions, giving me options which also included waiting a bit to do additional work because it wouldn’t hurt anything to wait. I was glad to hear that since I really couldn’t afford to do extra work. I’ll definitely call them back for other work I want to have done. This is the second time I have called them

I made an appointment for assistance with a circuit breaker to which ultimately was found that I replaced the wrong breaker. I was charged for 2 hours($437) with the office admin stating that it took 1 hour and 26 minutes. My appointment was set for 1 PM and on the receipt the time stated 2:26 PM. This is not accurate as the technician showed up to my house at 1:15 PM, and I assume just started the time at 1 PM. Be that as it may, I still would have been over an hour with the time marked appropriately. But there were several instances to where things took much longer than one would expect...more specifically, times when the technician was just standing around, waiting. I do not believe that it should have taken over an hour to figure out that I had the bad breaker in(to which I explained at the very beginning that I tried to switch them out). But the worst part is that I called to speak with management, and was told that someone would have to call me back...to which they never did.

Highly professional and competent

HR Phoenix Electrical was thorough and professional. The crew was cordial and worked diligently for 10 hours, calling in more technicians to finish the job. I was very pleased with them and their work.

Pricing for whole-home surge protector and installation was fair and reasonable compared to several other vendors. Response and service technician was prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. Will hire HR Phoenix again.

Too expensive

The Pro Chris was great- But he was here 20 minutes and it cost $303. the service call was $298 and material $5. So we will definitely never use HR Phoenix Electrical again. Way too expensive!

Service was provided at rental property. Tenant was very pleased with the electrician and service. Highly recommend.
