I can't express how understanding, patient, and helpful this company was with me! They understood that I needed electrical help as soon as possible, and they even helped by providing me with a 2-payment option, instead of having to pay it all at once! They also were helpful by letting me know of any warranty programs that the electrical unit company was running, so that I could reach out to them if I wanted to, as well! We unexpectedly had to have our whole panel replaced when we converted to a tankless hot water heater. I was more than pleased that they stayed until the job was done and worked with us on the unexpected additional cost. I felt that they cared about getting the job done correctly for us and so that we could have hot water that night. They care about their customers needs.

The work was done on time and on budget. The electrician and his helper were very nice and knowledgible. It was a hot and humid day but they kept working until the job was done. I would definitely recommend Ireland Electric.
