I called a couple hours before the show up time and they said that someone should have called to let me know the person that was going to do the job quit. No one had ever called to let me know. Then they said they would send someone to do it but no one came and that was scheduled for two hours ago. I have lost business today and the job was not done. I am very disappointed. They do not answer phone calls. The only text I got was that they were sorry that no one told me they were not going to come."

When Sheldon finally returned my call he said he was too busy and would not come to check on problem for another week. He said that I was on my own and to call the vendor that sold him the pump. I paid over $7000.00 for lousy customer service and faulty equipment that didn?t last for more than a few years. Do not hire this company. "
