It went great.  Now I can do laundry with hot water on all washer levels due to the new plumbing.  They even added another length of pipe to facilitate drainage without extra charge.

As usual, K & K responded to my problem within a couple of hours. Kitchen drains came to a complete stop and nothing would pass. Normally this type of problem is easily fixed but my life doesn't work that way. The guys had to ream out my lines from several different directions to try and clear the lines. They didn't give up and now my kitchen drains better than ever.

This is the third time I have called this company for plumbing work. Each time they have exceeded my expectations in both price and quality of service. On this occasion, they were extremely busy and yet they managed to fit me in on the same day I called. The serviceman and his helper were both professional and neat in their work. I'm a happy camper.

We had a crew of three on this job. The boss (Kevin) took charge and assessed the job. He sent two excellent workers out, one a licensed plumber, who moved faucets and replaced the shower plumbing for a new shower tower. They returned when it was time for the install.

Company came out to check water leaking at meter box. After pumping out water they determined that problem was on the city side of the meter. Second time I have used this company and I will continue to use them when needed. Very professional and very friendly.

We found 2' of water around our mailbox and noticed 1/2 of the front yard was water soaked. The next morning we called Mr. Krodle and he came out within the hour. He was very prompt, polite, and professional. He explained the situation and provided an estimate based on how long to do the job. He offered either a shovel or his backhoe to dig and find the leak but stated either way he would do the best he could to straighten the grass back up. Based on the time it would take we preferred the backhoe. It was amazing that he found the leak so quickly after digging beside the driveway. He explained the process for repairing it and the best way to fix the leak. He got right to work with his partner and fixed the leak and straightened the yard back up and we paid the estimated cost. I am very happy with the job that was done and how quickly the repair was made. I will definitely use them again for any water problems and when we do some remodeling in our house. I am definitely a hard person to please but I was VERY PLEASED. Thanks to Kevin and his partner for doing a great job in an expedient manner.

They responded to my call in a timely manner and kept me informed on what they were doing. The work was very good and the workers very friendly. The price for the job was very fair.

Once again, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up, and were exceedingly pleasant to have in our home. The entire job went better than anyone could hope for.

He is very honest and does a great job. They don't make a mess and clean up after themselves.
