Dillon and Tommy arrived 5 minutes early. I love punctuality! They did the repairs and were very professional and polite. They knew what to do and how to make the repairs. We would definitely use Access Plumbing again.

Access Plumbing has provided excellent service for years in the Cedar Creek Lake area. Their degree of professionalism is beyond exceptional with fair pricing. Their staff is awesome from the owner David Leos we have known and done business with for years to his very talented staff. Our visit today was by the Dynamic Duo team of Tommy & Dylan who we HIGHLY recommend. Very punctual, friendly, and certainly knew their stuff and corrected our issues. In a community of many choices, we recognize Access with staff like Tommy & Dylan representing the company as the only outfit we plan on doing business with in the future. 5 Star PLUS rating.

Great job. Tommy and Dylan were professional, explained what they were doing and made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. We used to have a vacation rental house and this company always had a sense of urgency when we had a problem when we had guests.

Excellent work! Tommy and Dylan are professionals and finished the job in record time. They had to come twice because I forgot to buy the filter for their first visit (which they graciously did not charge me for). They also saved us money because I apparently bought a smaller unit than they were anticipating and therefore their time was shaved. Neat and courteous as well! Highly recommended.

Tommy came by before appt. time to see what all he would need to make sure he had right size gas line (very old mobile home) came laid line, hooked up to water heater, cleaned up etc... very pleased! (Also note- the girls in the office got us service ASAP!) My go-to plumbing company!

This company is awful. My elderly parents needed some simple work done, and what happened to them was shameful. When this job was scheduled, my mother had asked if the service technician was able to do plumbing AND electrical for a dishwasher, and she was told that YES, the tech was able to do both. The service tech and a helper showed up and basically ran all over them, treating them very poorly. The tech didn't explain anything during the process, except to make sure he said the things he doesn't do and isn't responsible for. Half way through the job, the man was ready to walk out to get his invoice to be paid, leaving a LIVE ELECTRICAL WIRE on the floor, and an UNCAPPED WATER LINE, that would have flooded their kitchen. We had to request that he cap the water line and electrical wires. This company scheduled a job, knowing they couldn't do the work requested, then sent a tech that was completely incompetent, rude and in my opinion, had fully intended to take advantage of elderly customers.

"On January 12, 2017 we came out to your parent's house to remove a dishwasher and we apologize for our technician's rude behavior and any misunderstandings that there may have been between us. We are sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the electrical connections on the dishwasher. We are allowed to disconnect the existing dishwasher and hook up a new. But we are not allowed to install electrical plug outlets. This has to do be done by a licensed electrician. It appears that this was one of the main problems on your job. We are a flat rate company which basically means that we gave an estimate to remove the dishwasher. This is standardized pricing for the plumbing industry. We do this, so that there is no misunderstanding in cost upon completion of the job. Also, so that you know what the cost is prior to us doing the work. And of course, if you disagreed with the cost, you could refuse the work with no hard feelings. So I am extremely disheartened that you think we are trying to take advantage of your parents because that is not how we operate and that's one of the main reasons we do the upfront pricing. Unfortunately, the employee may have had a bad day and was rude and hopefully, my apology will take care of that. When we saw your Facebook post, we immediately called XXX-XXX-7842 to see what had happened on the job so that we could rectify the problem. We left a message and didn't receive a phone call back. When your invoice came in the following day, we automatically discounted the invoice $30 to compensate you for the technician's rude behavior as well as wrote him up that day for his attitude. We have been in business for 36 years and pride ourselves on customer service and the work that we perform and we are one of the largest plumbing companies in our area. Our reputation is the cornerstone of our business. I must say that I was disappointed to see this post as well as the negative reviews on Angie's List especially since it wasn't brought to our attention prior to the post. We stand by our work and make it right."

I had a leak coming from under the house when I used the dishwasher and kitchen sink would not drain well. They went under the house to inspect lines. Found a DISASTER. Basically anything that could have been done wrong was! Unglued fittings, wrong type sewer pipe, wrong type fittings and so on (I know, should have gotten an inspection before buying!)
The guys that came out were very professional and polite. They took pictures to show me what was wrong, showed me all the pipes they pulled out and what they should have been. The previous pipes under the sinks were not caulked or filled in around. They cut the pipes off, capped them inside the cabinet and ran new pipes. No holes around these pipes, they were collared and caulked! They were prompt, worked very efficiently, and amazingly enough in this day of shoddy, careless work....cleaned up after themselves before leaving!! They explained everything they were doing and took time to answer all my questions.
All communication with the office was courteous and complete. They called when they said they would, showed up the days they said they would and returned all calls promptly.
I cannot say enough about how great this company is! My parents used them several weeks later and they were just as great for them! They will always be my go to plumbers!!!

[As a pretext to my experience, service call was made on the same day as movers were bringing our belongings into the house.] The technician, John, was prompt, polite and professional. He had to open the aged vinyl siding (which made me very nervous) and cut away wet wood to get to the water line that twisted off as he tried to unscrew the old faucet. An hour later, a new $20 faucet was installed and the siding looked the same as before...whew. The toilet job took a few trial and errors (and more wet floor), but completed readily. My only gripes are that it seemed a bit overpriced, and I would have liked to see an invoice broken down into parts and labor details...but at least I didn't have to do the jobs myself.

This was a special order product. They're a wonderful company to work with. The staff is friendly, trustworthy, honest and their workmanship is fantastic. The price is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
