They responded and got me on the schedule quickly. I had a troublesome clogged up kitchen sink that I had been working on for a week straight. Michael located the source of the problem out in a drain line in my yard. There were loads of grease chunks, a hole where dirt was getting in, and the pipe was sloping up instead of down. He replaced the drain pipe and relocated it so that it would drain appropriately into the septic. Problem solved! My sink has never drained so fast since moving in a couple years ago. Hardworking and great customer service, including clean up after. I appreciate what they did for me. Was glad to find a good service company that was local.
