We put our info in to the system & had a email within minutes. We then received a call from Bruce’s office to ask some additional questions and he was in route within minutes. He arrived and was able to confirm we needed a new water tank. Explained that since it was after normal hours our only choice for a new tank was for him to go to the local Lowe’s to purchase it for us. He gave us a quote and when the work was done came in lower than he thought. The new heater did not work properly by morning, but a email & call the next morning was all it took to have them come back that day. We found out that the top heating element was bad. Once we knew that his father took care of going tp get a new element and quickly got it back and heating. He stayed with us until we had hot water again. Bruce is going to call and come back out in one year to flush the tank for us. We will be keeping his card on hand for any future water/plumbing issues. We spoke to his wife who we felt was very knowledgeable and was on top of making sure we were taken care of.
