BEWARE of hiring them. The plumber on this job was padding his hours! He'd leave the shop @ 8:30 & clock in then but wouldn't get to my house until hours later (we're a 15 min drive)!! Thankfully we have security cameras that proved he was lying!!! They wanted an ASTRONOMICAL amount of money until we proved he was lying. . . Our security cameras saved us over $500.00!!

"I apologize about your experience. The job itself total cost was $2,600 and after speaking with you about these issues, we knocked it down to $1,900. Not $3,000. We have researched the issue further and found that our plumber was on the job by 9am sending us pictures via SMS. We went out on a holiday weekend, fit you in and had the job done within a week. Unfortunately, there are customers who are out to ruin reputations, slander names instead of working with the contractor. There was no resolving this properly with this customer. Again we apologize that you feel we are liars, but we certainly are not. We are a small family run business, not crooks. May you have a blessed day."

Mr Lester and crew dug about seven feet back under the slab to repair a leak in the sewer pipe. Excellent, careful and thorough work. I would definitely recommend this company. Work started the day I called, and was completed on the third day. Plumbing was only inoperable for about an hour. No dirt in the house, all work was done outside.

He replaced the facet with one that was better for me. The original one always started leaking after about two months use and I would have to replace the grommet. The he installed is a faucet that does not require a grommet.

Prompt, professional, clean & quality work meets with safety code. Proper emergency shut-offs installed. PVC trim, caulking & attention paid to fitting space and replacing surrounding floor trim properly was done. All good.

NG!Jerry was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He took pictures with his phone of problem areas under the house that need to be fixed and gave me a good fair estimate on what it will cost to fix the issue. He also did not charge me anything for coming back out to clean the system this date. Called it warranty repairs, even though he did not have to. If you need a plumber, you will not go wrong with ANCHOR PLUMBING!!

Went pretty well, did not fix my garbage disposal that was leaking as he said he did not have a disposal handy. Did clear the drains, but now less than 30 days latter they are clogged again. I have recontacted the plumber to see what he is willing to do to correct this problem. Will keep you posted.

I gave the guys a call and they came out the next day to give me an estimate of the job. They finished the job promptly and didn't charge any more money after finding multiple problems with my drain line. When I bought my house the toilets were not properly connected to the floor and they fixed all three. They were all polite and courteous and did a good job. I would recommend their services.

Very professional. They showed up in a timely manner and were able to fix a leak that we had in a 90 degree elbow in the wall of our mother-in-law house. It leaked because the water shut-offs to the house allowed water through even though we had the water turned off. So we also had him rework the water shut-offs for that house and the barn as well as two sprinklers. They were pleasant and professional. I will definitely hire them again if we need any plumbing work.
