"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. I checked in on them many times and had questions as they worked, which they answered all for me. The bathroom is beautiful. David Lennox, my sales and design rep, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly through this whole process. He helped ,e design and make smart decisions for both bathrooms I had done, There was a small issue after the job was done and David addressed this quickly.
