They have an answering service and customers are not allowed to speak to any employee directly. When finally I called on Friday evening, the answering service stated no one would contact me till Monday. I was told the Zodega has bought out several companies. Apparently they are growing but their customer satisfaction and service is going out the window. Plan to change companies immediately for my future services."
