"We only had a little scheduling issue. First day block was 3-5 pm and they’d call before arriving. Apparently, they called earlier in the day and when I didn’t answer- didn’t come. I called at 5:15ish (after-hours) and was pleased to be able to speak to someone and rescheduled for the following morning. Overall- a good experience and the techs were knowledgeable and equipment was in good condition. In the past, with other companies, a septic pump was very uncomfortable for us and our neighbors. There was very little odor and service was fast."
