Our septic system had not been cleaned out properly the past several times VIA other companies. Of the 500gal first tank less than 200gal was available to be used as the rest was totally solid. He and his co-worker dug up the lid and slid it open to do a SERIOUS clean out. I saw what was in there and no wonder it did not work properly!
