I couldn’t be more happy with the results on my aerobic septic. Daryl, Steven and the other men are professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Daryl answered all my questions and concerns! After getting many quotes from other septic companies, Texas Septic Solutions went above and beyond! They are the Only Septic Company I will use! Thank you so much TSS!

Eric came out on the job, he was on time and was so courteous and helpful. It was obvious he was well trained and versed on septic system's. He explained everything in detail. They had to return due to parts. They found additional work was needed on one of my tanks and once again Eric was explaining the pros and cons to me before any work was done. They were at my home a total of four times and each time they were neat, professional and helpful. Chris came out on one occasion and was very helpful and kind as well. I am a widow so I don't have a husband to ask things and Chris even answered my silly questions about what was okay to put in the septic via the disposal. I will DEFINITELY use them again.

The price was right on the money, right in the middle. The quality was good. The equipment they put in the ground was grade A equipment, it's the best at this time for that type of system. They were real friendly folks. They were overwhelmed with the job when they got into it. It was more than they expected. The foreman told me that later on it should have been a 3 day job or a 4 day job. It took them about a week to do the whole job. It was a bigger job than they thought. I don't think I would use them again. I would probably recommend the company but, I would let them know the problem I had. I would just give them a little more education, that's what I would do. I wouldn't try to prevent them from getting the job, I would just tell them about my experience.

They provided extraordinary service and were very reasonably priced.  Not only did they work quickly to dig and
clean out my septic tanks, they also installed new concrete lids and plastic risers so that no future digging will ever
be necessary.  They brought a backhoe for the riser installation and went out of their way to avoid removing some
special plants I wanted to protect.  I highly recommend them.
