May 7, 2017... (AES Septic of Magnolia, Texas) I was kept updated on when the install crew would arrive, the inspector arrival, the follow up visits. There was a "walk through" explanation of the system, its operation and required maintenance by the supervisor. Highly recommended. The crew knew their jobs and accomplished all that was needed to complete a professional installation of my residential new aerobic septic system.

Excellent customer service. Professional and really care about there customers satisfaction. Honest and hard working people.

The technician did not honor a scheduled time and was unavailable for rest of the day. Next day he showed up at 7:30 AM without prior notification. He described what he is going to do but later recognizing it was not necessary. The office did not respond for the follow up questions.

Very professional. Not trying to run a scam to create revenue via a false claim that repairs were needed. I did not need repairs, and that is what I was told. So refreshing.

Had to do this from another state. Selling the home that needed septic. They were very courteous. The only misunderstanding was the septic system wasn't placed where the plans showed it. Buyer was there at installation and wanted it in a different area I wasn't notified of the change and was pretty upset since the buyer didn't own home yet and I was paying for this. Today is closing and I pray there are no problems.

I would recommend them to anyone. They arrived early and completed the work in a timely manner. They did have to come back to complete the job, but they came back within a couple of day's once the part arrived.
