"Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line."

"James came for the appointment on time! He was extremely courteous and very professional. He and Johnny drained, hauled off old heater, and installed new heater in about three hours. Afterwards they cleaned up and left the area super clean. I am so grateful for seeing the deal on Angie's List and finding Click's for my future plumbing work. The deal was for $749 for new heater, haul off, and replace with new heater. I paid $150 more for heater upgrade and second floor attic installation. What a great deal!
