I was glad to see him because I had to keep my water shut off until repairs were done. He was attentive, professional, and explained the work that he was going to do. He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. Total cost $200. I believe this was a fair price. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging. I recommend him for service plumbing. I am sure that I will have him do more plumbing work when needed. I am so impressed with Carlos Mora, I plan to give his business card to the Pro desk at Home Depot so that he can assist others like me who needed plumbing services. "Very polite, great customer service! They had the job done in a very short amount of time. Changed out a seat that we had purchased and tried to replace but still leaked. We thought it was a major problem and therefore, we called to have it repaired. They showed me that the problem was the new seat which was broken. Unfortunately, the $10 part to do a DIY repair turned out to be more expensive than $10! I would more than likely use them again if I need a plumber."
