The boss that sent the tech out to my house didn't explain the job right and it was bad communication with the custom and the technique and my hubby. That's not good.

Very prompt, friendly and helpful. They came out and job was done very fast!

We have an old house with very old plumbing. We had a couple leaking faucets/pipes that needed to be replaced. We called them in the morning and they sent Joe & Christopher out that same afternoon. They were friendly, professional, and very effective. Had our problems fixed and working properly in about an hour. They left no mess. Did a great job and the price for their services was quite reasonable. Entire experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use their services again.

They were prompt but when they fixed the original problem, they caused another leak and had to come back to fix that one.

They came out and charged us $118 to try to unclog our drain. But come to find out our pipe was broken. He promised to come back the next day to give an estimate. They never came back or called.

Great service and very patient with all of our questions. Sergio found an additional leak and repaired in record time. We found out after he left that the hot water heater had kicked off. We were able to reset, but he came back out (after he had already gotten home) and double-checked everything to make sure we had hot water for the next day. Outstanding customer service!

Very polite, great customer service! They had the job done in a very short amount of time. Changed out a seat that we had purchased and tried to replace but still leaked. We thought it was a major problem and therefore, we called to have it repaired. They showed me that the problem was the new seat which was broken. Unfortunately, the $10 part to do a DIY repair turned out to be more expensive than $10! I would more than likely use them again if I need a plumber.

This company did a wonderful job configuring and installing a ventless propane fireplace in my home as well as cutting back a wqter pipefor me. Great customer service. All employees extremely respectful of your home and very reasonable with pricing. I highly recommend.
