There was an issue after installation with a broken pipe. Carlos the Plumber went back to my house 3 times trying to find the problem. It was a very difficult broken pipe that even the city couldn't find. On the 3rd try, Carlos repaired the problem free of charge. He was professional, and made sure the work was complete. Excellent communication and showed up on time when he said he would.

It didn't. I was contacted by this professional and we scheduled an appointment. I called prior to the appointment to confirm who was coming (to be prepared) but no answer and no return call even though I left a message. No one showed up on the day of the appointment and no phone call. I do hope this was just an enormous miscommunication but I am now hesitant to rely on this method of searching for services.

It didn't go well. Carlos could have cared less about replacing my water heater. His demeanor during my encounter with him was one of unprofessionalism and he was obstinate in my interactions with him. I would truly not recommend or trust this company with any services. I know that he has positive reviews on this site and it may have been true at the time but I can sincerely say that the services provided to me were anything but the opposite.

Carlos Mora responded the same night I requested quote. Plumbers in my immediate and local area could not provide plumbing services as soon and quickly as Carlos Mora. I sent him picture of work to be done and he gave quote. He showed up at the time he designated to do the work the next day, early morning. I was glad to see him because I had to keep my water shut off until repairs were done. He was attentive, professional, and explained the work that he was going to do. He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. Total cost $200. I believe this was a fair price. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging. I recommend him for service plumbing. I am sure that I will have him do more plumbing work when needed. I am so impressed with Carlos Mora, I plan to give his business card to the Pro desk at Home Depot so that he can assist others like me who needed plumbing services. The plumber was very helpful. He involved me in the process so that I now know to not put egg shells in the disposer.

This guy was extremely nice. He was very helpful. He came in and took care of the water heater pretty quickly. He gave me some pointers on how to keep the water heater better. He cleaned up after himself, something that a previous company never did. He was courteous and treated me with respect. I would recommend him to other people.
