"Ryan and Abe showed up today to replace the incorrect drain that was installed by another contractor for our new shower. When they opened up the area, they found the other contractor had put wall pipes into the ground, didn't even seal or connect them correctly, and found they had gotten concrete all the way into the p-trap. Because our vent pipe was in the way, they had to dig out a larger area and replace that as well. The original contractor showed up and was not only unprofessional, but was downright beligerant. Ryan stayed very calm and handled the contractor like the professional he is! He and Abe not only repaired and replaced everything, he checked everything for any other problems so we could be assured smooth sailing from now on. Ryan and Abe showed me they take pride in doing a great job and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. The pictures attached are showing the horrible work the other contractor did, and the NEW piping A & A Plumbing did. I would recommend them 1000%. It was a very difficult broken pipe that even the city couldn't find. On the 3rd try, Carlos repaired the problem free of charge. He was professional, and made sure the work was complete. "A rotor and two valve boxes in my front yard were damaged by tree roots. I called Andy's and they scheduled my house for the following day. Luis and a helper arrived on time. Luis was very knowledgeable and provided different options to fix my system. He explained the costs related to the repairs. I decided to go with the lowest cost option. I had a spare rotor so they did not charge me for a new rotor. After they finished the valve box and rotor repair, they found a leak in an obsolete bubbler that was no longer in use. They removed the bubbler and capped the pipe associated with it."
